  • 1 Hang Power Clean with Pause
  • 2 Front Squats
  • 3 Burpees

Rest 5 Minutes, then…

For Time:

  • 600m Run
  • 50 yard Overhead Plate Lunge Rx (45/25)
  • 600m Run
