Trying to figure out what CrossFit 650 is all about?
We get it! It can be a little scary or confusing. That is why we offer a FREE Introductory class every Saturday at 8AM.
The introductory session allows us to get to know you, find out what your current level of fitness and skill is and discover what your goals are. During the session we will tell you what CrossFit is, what it isn’t and how we do it. We then have a brief instruction period followed by a quick workout. Afterwards, we will determine the training plan most suitable for you based upon your fitness goals and abilities.
